Hi, I’m Madison Mayes. I got my start in pharmacy over 13 years ago in sales and marketing, where I quickly saw how often operations would drop the ball and impact growth. That naturally pushed me deeper into the operational side, learning how to bridge the gap between sales and execution and understanding where things tend to break down. Over time, I transitioned fully into operations, leading pharmacy openings, credentialing, multi-state licensing, acquisitions, and building pharmacies for investors.
As the cash-pay and telemedicine space expanded over the past few years, I shifted heavily into high-volume fulfillment models, specifically focused on helping pharmacies scale within smaller, more efficient footprints. I’ve worked with pharmacies doing a few hundred prescriptions a day and helped scale them into the thousands, in some cases reaching 3,000–4,000+ prescriptions daily within a few weeks. On the larger side I have been involved in operations handling up to 15,000 prescriptions per day depending on size, structure, and demand.
Today, I work closely with pharmacy owners and teams to evaluate their current space, workflow, and overall operation to identify what’s holding them back. My focus is on building smarter systems that increase volume, improve efficiency, and maximize the space you already have, without always defaulting to expansion. I take a hands-on approach, working directly alongside staff so I can understand real day-to-day challenges and implement solutions that actually stick.
I’m not a pharmacist, and I don’t try to be, I partner closely with pharmacists and respect the clinical side of the business. My role is to support the operational, strategic, and logistical pieces in a way that aligns ownership, management, and clinical teams to move the business forward together.
503 Tribe is backed by a network of trusted consultants and operators who bring deep, hands-on experience across all areas of pharmacy. This includes sterile pharmacists, compliance specialists, formula developers, and experienced sterile technicians who can support both strategy and execution. We also work with a dedicated credentialing and state licensing team to help navigate multi-state operations and approvals.
This allows me to bring in the right expertise at the right time, whether it’s for a specific project or ongoing support. The goal is to not just identify problems, but to have the right people in place to help implement solutions and keep operations running smoothly.
